Instructions:

1. Cut out the design you want to use.
2. Remove the clear film and place facedown on clean skin.
3. Use a wet cloth or water spray and make sure the water soaks through to your skin.
4. Gently push down for 10 seconds and slowly remove the paper.
5. Run the new tattoo under water for 5-10 seconds and air dry for a longer lasting effect.
